Birgit Oelkers

Birgit works with ABCD principles as a trainer, speaker, practical coach and process supervisor for residents’ initiatives, social organizations and municipalities. But she is also a community builder herself experience helping to build connections between residents through initiatives such as Lokaal-O, a community space in Baarn. Birgit considers community building to be a change strategy, or, in the words of Margaret Wheatley, “Whatever the question, community is the answer”.
