Lenka Dušková

Lenka has long been active in NGOs focused on non-formal education, promoting participation, tolerance, diversity and local development. She is experienced in facilitating processes of organizational growth, training and consultancies for NGOs in transforming and post-conflict regions, enhancing community processes and community mapping. She values active participation, use of dialogue and knowledge co-creation (there is always so much to be shared and to learn from one another!), and finds communication and transformative forms of conflict resolution fascinating. Lenka currently lectures in the Department of Development and Environmental Studies at Palacky University and is also a trained mediator, evaluator and participatory qualitative researcher of development/community processes.
